Withdrawal timing and the rules to follow
- Requests made before 10:00 server time are processed on the same business day.
- Requests made from 10:00 are processed on the next business day.
- Server time is GMT+2 in winter and GMT+3 in summer, so 10:00 server time is 17:00 Japan time in winter and 16:00 in summer.
- Withdraw by the same payment method you used to deposit.
- Refunds cannot be made to an expired card.
A VISA/Mastercard deposit made more than 6 months ago cannot be withdrawn by the same method, and the funds are sent by another method. If the card used to deposit has expired or been lost, contact the company before you request a withdrawal.
5 points to check when you cannot withdraw from HFM
- 01Have you submitted your verification documents?
If documents remain unsubmitted with no response within 7 days, the request is cancelled. Submit documents in myHF.
- 02Are the withdrawal details complete?
A request cannot be processed if the destination details are incomplete. Review what you entered.
- 03Is your date of birth correct?
An error in the date of birth in your registration can lead to cancellation.
- 04Is the withdrawal method the same as the deposit method?
Choosing a different method breaks the withdrawal rules and the request is cancelled.
- 05Is your Skrill account verified?
If you withdraw with Skrill, your account must be verified. Skrill is not among the 7 deposit methods for Japan, so this does not apply if you do not use it.
