What to do after registering with HFM

STEPS

Follow these steps in order

1. STEP1

   Log in to myHF

   Use the email address and password you registered with, through the website or the HFM App.

   • The trading account login details (trading account ID and trader password) are sent to your registered email after you open an account.

2. STEP2

   Submit your verification documents

   Submit an ID document and a proof of address. HFM says review usually takes up to 48 hours, and you can deposit after approval.

   • The ID document is a passport. If you have none, a My Number Card or driver's licence (for clients resident in Japan).
   • The proof of address must be issued within the past 6 months.
   • The name on both documents must match exactly.

3. STEP3

   Check the bonus

   The standing bonus is the 20% deposit bonus on the Top-Up Bonus account.

   • The eligible account is the Top-Up Bonus account only. Other accounts do not receive it.
   • 20% on each deposit. The cumulative cap is 5,000 USD.
   • The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. When you withdraw, the bonus is removed in the same proportion as the amount withdrawn.
   • The actual rate and cap shown in myHF take priority.

4. STEP4

   Make your first deposit

   There are 7 deposit methods. HFM charges no fee, and funds arrive within 10 minutes or instantly.

   • Deposit by a method in your own name.
   • Withdrawals are in principle made by the same payment method used to deposit.
   • A bank transfer may carry separate bank fees.

5. STEP5

   Start trading on MT4 or MT5

   Log in with your trading account ID and trader password through MT4, MT5 and similar.

   • If the server cannot be found, use the server IP address.
   • Live and demo accounts are separate trading accounts.
