The official HFM login page is my.hfm.com. HFM has two logins: myHF and your trading account. myHF uses your registered email and password; MT4/MT5 use the trading account ID and trader password.

The official HFM login page is my.hfm.com. Log in to myHF there with your registered email address and password.
Go to the official HFM site (log in or open an account)
- Save the bookmark under the official domain (hfm.com).
- Do not enter through links in emails or social media; use the bookmark or type the address.
- Check that the login page URL is the official domain and shows the padlock.

How to log in to MT4 and MT5

When you open a live or demo trading account, the ID and password are sent to your registered email address.
- 02Start MT4 or MT5
Open the app or the web terminal for the platform you chose when opening the account.
- 03Enter the ID and password
Enter the trading account ID and trader password from the email. Specify the server as well.
- 04Confirm the connection
If the chart and your balance appear, you are done.

What to check when you cannot log in to HFM
- Have you mixed up the myHF screen and the MT4 or MT5 screen?
- Did you match the trading account ID and trader password to the email you received?
- Is the server name correct? If it cannot be found, use the server IP address.
- Have you mixed up the live and demo accounts?
- If you forget your password, reset it by following the guidance on the login screen.
Do not tell anyone your password or verification codes, or allow remote access. If someone claims to be from HFM, check the domain against the official website before you respond.
