HFM's deposit reflection is the amount appearing in your balance after the deposit is made: bank transfer, JCB, EXONE and bitwallet are expected within 10 minutes, and VISA, crypto and BINANCE PAY are instant.

5 steps to narrow down why a deposit has not shown
- 01Check your verification status
You cannot deposit until your documents are approved and myHF is fully verified. Review is expected within 48 hours.
- 02Check the amount is in range
See whether it is within the minimum and maximum for the method. For example, bank transfer is ¥1,000 to ¥1,100,000.
- 03Check the name and the method
The sender's name should match the name registered with HFM. If it does not, ask official support how it is handled.
- 04Tell apart where the balance went
Check whether the balance is in the myHF wallet or in the trading account. If it is in the wallet, move the funds to the trading account.
- 05Check your own sending records
On the bank, card company or exchange side, see whether the transaction completed. If it failed or is pending, it will not reach HFM.
Reading the time: server time versus Japan time
This site found no official statement on deposit cut-off times or business days. The expected time is within 10 minutes or instant.
- Server time is GMT+2 in winter and GMT+3 in summer (official withdrawal conditions, clause 3.1).
- The gap from Japan time is 7 hours in winter and 6 hours in summer.
- The withdrawal request cut-off is 10:00 server time.
- Convert server time to Japan time before you write the time down.

- Your registered email address and trading account ID.
- The deposit method, amount and currency.
- The date and time of the deposit (both Japan time and server time).
